For this post, I’ll be fabricating three online banners advertising the Cab-E company in the brand’s style.
For all three of these posters, I have used the call-to-action “download the cab-e app” to promote the app because the clients want to dominate the online space with their new branding. This encourages the audience to take action, making the purpose of the posters clear. The added QR code allows the viewers to access the app, improving download rates quickly.
The phrasing “An easy and calm cab experience?” appeals to users’ emotions, promising a hassle-free experience. It subtly addresses common pain points of taxi services, like complicated booking systems or unreliable service, while emphasizing ease and comfort. All these point is the core values of the Cab-e brand, keeping the focus on the audience.
Each poster consists of branding elements in different layout styles. Each includes the brand’s primary colours, the logo’s typography and different logo variations that fit well into each style of poster. The consistency across all posters gains trust from the audience and improves branding recognition making sure I use the branding elements.
For every poster, I’ve included a mockup of someone using the Cab-e app. This demonstrates the app’s interface and features like the map, and booking options, which reassures the audience of the app’s ease of use and functionality. Involving the hand-holding element brings a sense of human interaction to the posters. This invites the viewers to imagine themselves holding and using the app themselves.
The overall design for every one of the posters is more on the minimalist side. I did this by avoiding a cluttered look and allowing for some white space. This is important to improve the readability and focus of the core message to the audience.
